Paresh, the trip to Kerala was a very pleasant one. Starting from when we got down at the Cochin Station, the car provided was in a very good condition and the driver was quite cheerful and always smiling. The experience at all the hotels were very good.
The booking process could have been more streamlined and well managed. Everything went on quite well.
Hope to come back to Travelguru for future travel trips. |

Your representatives, who I dealt with - Sylvia and Aamol were helpful and understanding of my situation. They helped me to the best of their abilities and beyond. I would like to mention that I had interacted with Jessica Shah for booking and then with Minal Soni and Afakh Shaikh for cancellation. I am extremely satisfied with the way my bookings and later the cancellation were handled.
Special thanks to Mr. Afakh Shaikh who went out of the way to get one of the rooms cancelled even though it did not fall into the normal policy of the hotel and of Travelguru. He was constantly in touch with me on mail and on phone to ensure that the cancellation goes through and the refund is processed asap.
