If the flight is scheduled to depart within the next 48 hrs for e-ticket and 72 hrs (3 days) for paper ticket, please cancel the ticket and give the cancellation reference number to process the refund. Incase of paper tickets please send us the original ticket to process the refunds. Your refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the email (in the case of etickets) or courier (for paper ticket).
