Garden Palace ( Heritage )

Built in 1883 AD by Nawab Saheb Manover Khanji Babi, this budget hotel at Balasinor is designed with a palatial outlook, and is set amidst fine gardens, agricultural fields and orchards. One can check-in at 10 a.m. to any of its eight guest rooms. There is a beautiful dining hall and a grand drawing room space, which is an ideal place to lounge in, which is elegantly decorated with Louis XIV style French chairs, antique lamps, portraits, a collection of photographs of Indian Royals and hunting trophies.

The Garden Palace serves meals in a typical Nawabi period ambiance, which is prepared using ingredients, namely home-grown vegetables, milk from the palace dairy and poultry from the family's own poultry. There is also a drawing room to relax, which is elegantly furnished with French chairs and antique lamps. Special facilities include dance performances, bonfire nights, jeep safaris and treks, which are organized on request.
