This budget, holiday home is located in the coastal belt of bustling Cavelossim-Colva stretch. Its single block comprises 27 rooms, half of which overlook the swimming pool area and the other half overlook the luscious paddy fields. Guests are served breakfast and tasty home cooked fare at its garden restaurant called La Afra. There is also a bar that offers selection of local beers, which is complemented with live music and dancing on special nights.

One can also refresh and kiss the morning sun by taking a dip in the blue waters of its swimming pool, which is decorated with sun loungers. The home also organizes outdoor activities, namely bird watching around the hotel area, dolphin viewing trips, waterfall and spice plantation, church and temple tours, cycle tours and fishing trip. There is also a beach close by that is used by the Indian Navy for maneuvers, which is quite interesting to watch when they are at it.
