One of the worst hotel experiences I had; was refused pickup from the station as it was 9pm; when i reached and checked in, the room given was extremely dirty with soiled sheets, and dust all around. window ac had all controls broken and was just running on gan mode. after 30 minutes, a strong sound of water dripping on the ac box kept disturbing. on request, with great rude interaction, i was given another room and was made to carry my luggage on my own as no housekeeping boy was available. The room was equally dirty. after few minutes two large cockroaches started moving on the bed. finally i had to keep awake the whole night. No breakfast was provided as they refused to acknowledge the hotel voucher which mentioned breakfast included, instead i was offered tea and one toast as breakfast.no newspaper was provided in the room. front office staff was extremely rude. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM INTER BOOKING OPTION.

Room was good and just basic. Amenities were minimal. Service level is very slow and they are not very efficient.
