Room was very small & had a foul smell. Bedsheets had holes and had a foul smell. No Heating in room/No hot water available. For a 3 Star Hotel these are basic facilities.

Not value for the money. I have booked room @2000/- INR per night. But quality & service was horrible. No hot water was available all the time. AC was not working. The photos shown are not matching with reality of Hotel. There is no roof top dinning with Taj view as shown in photos & details

The hotel staircase was leaking as it was raining when we arrived at Rajrani Residency. In the room alloted to us, the AC was not functioning at all. Upon complaining, the room was changed with a working AC. Quality of linen was more or less OK. Bathrooms were cleaned and looked nice. Room was clean and without any stink. The worst part was the lift, which smelled horribly. I avoided the lift and used the staircase, which was also slippery due to leaking rain water. SInce the room was OK, it served our purpose. Would say it was an average hotel.
