The hotel is conveniently located.Staff is generally courteous but as alone traveller to the city, I found myself locked out of the hotel when I returned after stepping out to do some necessary purchasing.This happened due to a morcha against a foreign guest staying at the hotel.The hotel staff had locked the gate of the hotel fearing the people in morcha might bargein.Though the morcha was peaceful & at least 75 metres from the hotel, the staff refused to open the gate to let me in though I was their guest.Later(2 hrs later), when I was finally let in,one security person had the temerity to reprimand me for having stepped out of the hotel in the first place. Request to rarrange for airport pickup was ignored-there was no communication from their end. Absence of free wifi even in lobby area is a big negative.

This hotel should not sign any contract, reception staff was not cooperative. Rooms are spacious and good. Hotel does not have taxis standing service. Overall it was not so good stay at hotel

There was no hot water in the bathroom. When inquired with reception, they replied that there was no need for hot water in summer season !!! Unacceptable excuse. There was Chhipkali moving in the room due to which my wife became very uncomfortable. House keeping people could not remove it. Rates for F&B were exorbitantly high. A bottle of Mineral water was charged @ Rs.45/-, normal lunch for two costs Rs.900/-. Exorbitant. Supposedly to save on electricity charges, during the daytime, no lights were switched on in the dining hall, resulting in dark, depressing atmosphere while taking lunch. It was average hotel, does not deserve 4 star awarded to it.

Overview: Hotel is good and is convenient to travel to different parts of city. Rooms and service is good. People are friendly but are not quick. As in many hotels of India, finishing of wash basin is not good. Water jet connection in WC is essential and is not provided. I am writing this only on basis of improvement. As a NRI I would like my country India to be above the first world country.
