I actually paid extra and upgraded to 'Club Suite' room as Executive room was very small. Our overall experience was very bad. We reached to the hotel at ~8pm. As soon as we entered, we found some weird smell in the entire room and specially in Wardrobes, we called room-service. His first re-action was it is normal and may be wooden smell, when and then when I shouted a bit, he sent a team of 2-3people to check that. Luckily this part was handled fast, 2-3 people came to our room quickly and one guy told us nicely that its stinking because nobody was staying here for long + old wood smell (he was probably one of the most honest person in the hotel). They fixed the smelling part in 10-15mins but meanwhile we found that the flooring is making very weird noise (even when we just stand on it). We told that to the mgr and he just nicely replied that its because of wooden floor. Anyways after getting initial bad experience, we thought to get ready and go for dinner. And our next bad experience started from here. Elevator access was broken and so we'd to access stair-case. Stair-case access was horrible/un-clean. Then we went to the terrace and saw the restaurant and the kitchen in completely un-hygienic condition. It looked nothing better than a non-standard Dhaba and so we decided to go back to the room and order from there. (not surprisingly there was no other guest in the entire restaurant). So we ordered the food and went to the room and just for 3 items, it took ~45minutes and 2-3 follow-ups before we finally got our food. What was surprising was: room service person just kept the food and went away, without providing any actual service. We got only one set of spoons and so we ordered extra set of spoons but they just ignored that. Worst part was food quality, food was very spicy and not good at all (entire preparation was very similar to old Dhaba style). Lunch place is awesome, very clean and nice looking but they dont have good varieties in the b/kfast buffet. Not many food/juice options and other food options. Also I would like to comment that their lunch time is pretty limited (7-10am) as compare to other 3-4*, which runs at-least until 11am. Overall breakfast experience was not as bad as dinner or room service options. Next bad experience was internet and electricity fluctuation. Internet is so so much below standard, it gets logged off every now&then and sometimes it was off for 1-2hours (mgrs knows this issue very well and asked they apologized multiple times but I didnt expect such poor internet in a 4*). Similarly backup was bad, whenever govt electricity was going off, roomwas dark for 5-10mins. When we asked this to the mgr, he said that it is govt connection problem. Both the days internet router had some problems and they took >1hr to fix it (looks like normal problem). On all the problems, mgrs kept on telling me that this is un-usaul problem and happened for the first time and will not happen any more, looks like they tell the same mesg to all the guests to fool them easily. Room service have to be improved a lot, some of the room service staff didnt even know the english, didn't bother to ask "May I come in..", just put the stuff and went away, without closing the door etc.. Some +ve: I found all the mgrs are qualified and helpful in many ways. They were listening to all the problems and tried their best to rectify them also (for example, breakfast had more varieties on the next day). But they have to go a long way on that and plus all other issues I mentioned here. It is internal inventory/maintenance problem more than hotel mgr/staff issue. Next day they moved us to a new room, which was much better than our previous room but wooden flooring still had similar issues (not that much noise though). Also bathroom size/quality is not upto the mark. I just wish that this hotel services for long time, given such poor service, poorer than even a normal 2* hotel.

I have stayed at this place many times and would say that this is an excellent property with spacious rooms which were very clean and with some good interiors. The staff is very helpful and decent and always ready to help. I enjoyed the breakfast provided and would recommend people to visit this place as it�s a beautiful hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel as the service was outstanding and property is very beautiful. I wish to go to this hotel again and have recommended most of my friends to visit this place. The staff was very co operative and the food served was marvelous. In all my stay was worth the price paid and I recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

Room was spacious, was well lit up and the service was good. But what was not up to the mark was the locks and the latches, they would come off whilst you try to use them. Otherwise it was a good experience.
