My experience with this hotel was not that good. The staff were not at all cooperative, the ambience in the room was also not that great. But the hotel is located in a nice area with an excellent view. I would not like to recommend this hotel to anyone because of its bad services.

The hotel is a perfect stay for the family who wants to stay away from regular mechanistic life. The hotel stay was really good with perfect services and cordial behaviour of the hotel staffs. The hotel is highly recommendable.

The location was not so convenient from shopping point of view but overall arrangement was impressive and I enjoyed my stay. The service and facilities provide was decent and food was also desirable. I will definitely recommend this property.

The location was excellent. There was only one guy in the whole hotel who used to manage n do everything. Room was not good as the bed sheet, pillow and cur terns were dirty. Food was average in taste. It was not so good experience with this hotel in whole.

This hotel is perfect for those who wants to keep away from the hustle bustle of Nainital Mall road. From the balcony you can view Mountains without any hinderance or building and it offers privacy due to its location. However dont expect intercom, seperate charges for blower, not carpeted floor but excellent hospitality, excellent view, you get sunrays in your room. Morning breakfast is memorable there.
