The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to US consulate. The hotel itself is pretty bad for the money that they charge. Bathrooms were absolute mess and there were soo many mosquitoes in the room. After many requests the front desk was able provide us with some mosquito mats. I think if you are travelling with family this is not the place to stay.

I think, the Hotel is good for the value for the Money.Room is spacious and clean.There was some delay for readiness of the room when I checked in.I have to stay in the reception and it took some time for the room to be ready.Otherwise, good location, comfortable room.

hotel dont inform things in advance eg.food charges, This was very good hotel situated in city, the staff behavior was good at the hotel overall it was a very good stay at the hotel I will recommend this hotel to my friends for future bookings.

The hotel is very good to stay for a family and the service also very good. But the food is not good. We have no options on breakfast. Though they are giving complimentary, it�s bad.

There use to be power failure on and off.Had to keep calling the reception to turn on the generator.Lift don't work on generator so had to climb 2 floors everytime. Room service was very slow at times. The rooms were not provided with towels until the last day.Had to request the house keeping for soaps and shampoo.It was never provided until asked for. The most disgraceful part of the hotel is the ILL MANNERED receptionist.She is the person you can least rely on for any information.She was so arrogant in answering back if any questions being asked.She even picked up quarrels with us for her mistake.I was so upset with her behaviour that i told the manager to change the receptionist. Please don't get carried away by the picture shown on the websites.Rooms are really very small.

The hotel has a great location, literally 6-7 minutes walk from the US embassy, very close to the VFS passport collection counter (dishonest chennai autos still charge around 30 for this), close to Spencer Plaza (literally a disappointment, but still you can find a lot of shops), close to central railway station and the Koyembadu bus stop. The hotel has 24 hrs checkout, a great convenience from the Visa collection timing perspective.

hotel was far away from airport and railway satation...they having fix menu for food..if i ordered for food will be come in 1 hour...hotel is not upto the mark should be improved..i vil not suggest to anyone in future.
