Reservation:I had a confirmed booking for a 3 bedroom apartment and Red Sun reception had no record of my booking on arrival. Service:I was given a 2 bedroom apartment instead after a 45 minute wait and was then advised that the breakfast service was over. they could give us a limited option of toast,preserves,a fresh fruit and coffee. This was served with no cutlery.The preserves did not accompany the toast and no salt and pepper was made available. The apartment had no glasses or cutlery and while there was microwave oven, all the plates and other vessels were metal. There was a mixer but no kettle for tea/coffee.The towel rack in the bathrooms were missing and the door stopper on the main door malfunctioning.No tissues or toilet paper. Lift doors do not close automatically. Staircase too narrow and a potential hazard in case of emergencies. Access: This place is not suitable as it is in the middle of nowhere with inadequate transport facilities and a narrow lane to reach the main road. Eating options: I had lunch on the day of arrival and was informed that they could serve only phulkas as the tandoor items are only available in the dinner service.I ordered a channa masala and phulkas. The channa was undercooked,the gravy too spicy though the phulkas were fine. Overall impression: Expensively built apartments with mismatch of facilities/furnishings. Pleasant people at reception but not particularly efficient.Never bothered to record the comments I offered. Restaurant staff poorly trained and maybe ok in a Dhaba. May suit IT companies trying to crowd their junior staff at a low cost but not a discerning traveler looking for value.I would never stay here again.
