Really nice hotel but for couple with children is difficult to sleep in one bed. So the bed should be little larger otherwise everything was good

My Stay at the Fort Queen Hotel was fantastic, it was a memorable stay for me, although cochin is a very good city for tourism , people are very helping,the transportation is very cheap and fair, auto drivers are very cooperative and may be act as your guide sometime,language may be a problem but if you know english your stay will be full of enthu... About the hotel: Staff is very cooperative and always seems happy and cherished..room is good ..their breakfast includes all north, south and continental preparations.. I will stay in the same property if have plans for kochi again.. Thanks Fort Queen and Travel Guru...

Feedback on Hotel Fort Queen (after our stay from 6-8th Dec 2008) Room: Good. Well maintained. Reception: Excellent; Quite Proactive Facilities: Just suffice Location: Good. well connected Room Service: haven't availed Restaurant: Awful : both in the service and food quality. Wouldn't recommend even if they were to offer the complimentary breakfast. This is most sore point of the whole experience. Travel Desk: doesn't exist for practical purposes; but reception has a wide network of travel operators with whom they assist the guests. Overall Experience: Good, can be better Reception staff especially Ms.Preetha has been extremely courteous, exceptional in professional.

Location is not good its pretty far from the airport and railway station. Food prepared was average in taste needs to improve a lot. Quality of room was great. Service and staff was excellent. Its recommendable to others.
