The hotel was at a very good location in Goa - Candolim. The place is cool & calm compared to other crowded beaches & places in Goa. Beach was at a walking distance. Rooms were well maintained, clean & furnished. Swimming pool was clean & well maintained. The breakfast spread was decent, but could have been better. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger. I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again in Goa & suggest this to any traveler who wants to stay at a good location & hotel in Goa.

Room tariff is overpriced. 5K per day would have been good. In house restaurant is very costly.

Hotel was located close to the beach nearly 10 min walk to the isolated end of the beach.Rooms were fine but washroom was just ok.

Room was smelling and room service was poor. Receptionist and chief service was excellent. Room is ideal place for traveling. Booked a taxi service (self drive) at 1800rs for innova per day. Need to improve in room service as my room had no cable connection and after complain the room service person gave reluctant answer by saying this is how room are. U have to adjust. After reporting to this to reception got the problem rectified immediately.
