Its a nice hotel, the rooms are big with a private balcony, swimming pool is good. Breakfast is also good. Beach is at 5 mins drive from hotel. Staff is nice and keeps on asking is there is any problem in room.

Neat, comfortable and spacious rooms. Well maintained and clean hotel. But Very poor service and bad attitude of the staff. Spacious rooms but no space around other parts of the hotel.

Hotel is very close to Anjuna Beach. Cleanliness within the rooms & hotel was excellent. Response quality from reception & room service was appreciable Little delays in food serving in restaurant but the quality of food was good Overall Remarkable experience

No where close to a 4 star hotel.... not even close to 3 star hotel restaurant/service... would never prefer this hotel in future..

We arrived an hour late, but still had to wait for some 20 mins for the room. The Bed linen wasn't changed and was messy, There was a leak in the bathroom. However it was fixed soon but we lost almost one hour of our stay because of this. The breakfast which is complimentary is below average.

We stayed there from 16/07/12 to 20/07/12 room no. 106. Over all experienece with the hotel was good. Only disappointment was that they don't have a gym;. Food is average. staff and rooms are good.
