Hotel Jasmine is just 5 Km's from Madgaon city. it was close to 12 when we landed to hotel, hotel staff welcomed us with soft drinks, they arranged a vehicle for our sight seeing .. they also gave us the local sight seeing places and near by happening locations, Colva beach was very near by to hotel Sunrise as it was 3 Km's hardly it us to take 5 mins from Hotel. the other two beaches betalbatim & Sunset Beach were 1.5 and 2 Kms from Hotel Sunrise, the complementry breakfast which they served was good, regarding to the Hotel cleanliness - The Hotel was neat and clean, the room Service was good, I would Definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants to visit in South Goa.

The hotel is a new property located in a small village which is quite and pleasant, away from the hustle and bustle of a city. At the same time it is near to Margaon (7 km), so, not too far away if you miss the city crowd. We took the standard garden room, which was on the ground floor. Not many rooms were occupied during our stay for four days and they gave us an extended check-out time, which was very much appreciated. Pros: 1.The rooms are quite spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms were also very clean and nicely maintained. 2.The room had a mini fridge, electric kettle, an electronic safe and good storage space. The TV had all the satellite channels and the individual AC with remote was very effective. Basically, everything you expect and a bit more. 3.The staff is very helpful, always smiling and the hotel service (not the restaurant) is very prompt. The traditional welcome with a �tilak� was a pleasant surprise. 4.The swimming pool, although small, was clean and maintained very well. Cons: 1.Distance from the beach. It is a somewhat away from the beach, and will take you a good 20 minutes if you walk to the beach, although the walk is through lush green trees and very soothing. A shuttle is provided, but with fixed timings� not my cup of tea. When on holiday, I wouldn�t want to be time bound. So we hired a bike. 2.Housekeeping needs to improve a bit. They did not change the bed sheet and towels in the room and we had to ask for fresh towels, which were changed promptly. The bathroom was made daily but not thoroughly cleaned. There was some sand from our first visit to the beach and was still there on the day we checked out. 3.The variety in the restaurant and service needs a lot of improvement. The taste was also average but there are some good restaurants around and the very famous Marten�s Corner is just a km away. So that shouldn�t be a problem. 4.The rates of other stuff like taxi, bike rental and internet are a bit too steep if you take them from the hotel. One would get everything much cheaper if taken directly from outside and they are easily available. Like for a taxi from hotel to airport, hotel asked for 750 and we got it for 450. Bike rental � hotel 350; outside 250. Overall a very good option, if you want to relax and have a laid back vacation and most definitely value for money. Walk to the beach, be there for the whole day, have a few drinks, eat fresh sea food and basically chill. That is how South Goa is�

This hotel is a new property, so the rooms are pretty good with all the amenities like TV, separate dining table and sofa with center table, the bed room is separate for one room apartment and the rest rooms are very good. The hotel room service is also quick in the room. The pathetic is restaurant and its food offerings. On first day there is a confusion on whether for my stay plan I am going to get the free dinner or not? The supervisor said it is free, and served the food as per availability in the kitchen. After dinner he came with bill with a list what ever he served. Then there is a arguments and so on. Finally they canceled the amount and didn't charge. The restaurant food is not good and not many in the menu and the service is very poor and it is taking more than 45 minutes to serve. There is no one on the day of my stay. The restaurant is not hygienic and the cleanliness of plates i i found dust on the plates kept on our table). The hotel is isolated to even to hire a taxi or conveyance. The hotel has tie up with some travel company, how ever the fares are at peak( 30/km). Stay at this hotel is not value for money. I never recommend or stay my self in this hotel.

A value for money hotel in a peaceful location. Friendly & always helpful staff. Could be recommended to any one who is traveling to Goa. No hesitation to go back and stay a few days again.

Location was beautiful. Our room was excellent with all the necessities. The room service were very professional, they were friendly. Also the breakfast served was fabulous. We have used the swimming pool, it was clean. It is value for money.

I think since it was a start up hotel.....service and dining options were not there forget rating them. The view was ok....as the hotel is nowhere close to the beach. All in all an average experience....i guess the service and other stuff will pick up with time and a proper team to back the hotel.
