The hotel is located right at the Baga beach. Has alot of room options, premium & beach cottages, executive & suite rooms, wooden cottages. First checked into the beach cottage, the cottage interior & exterior was good but that area was located far from the main hotel & restaurant & the area was not well maintained. Requested the hotel staff to move into one of the premium cottages. Staff was very supportive & moved us to one of premium cottages. After that the stay was very comfortable. The cottage had beach view right in front. The restaurant was less than a minutes walk away. Apart from the hotel restaurants, has alot of other good restaurants close by like Britto's-highly recommended which is 2 mins walk from the beach, Infantria-another favorite, the famous Tito's club is 5 mins walk . Hotel also had a casino. Cottages should have had bath tubs, apart from that the bathrooms were spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly & supportive do everything they can to make your stay pleasant & comfortable. Overall had a pleasant stay & would definitely recommend for a good beach holiday.

The property although on the beach side, rooms are pretty old and cleanliness is maintained but the cleanliness of the toilets are average no bath tub, the toiletries were not changed everyday and room service was ok. also the bed cover used for the beds was really old. Expectations for a four star property were high but overall an overall average accomodation but considering the property is on the beach side, the property is strategically located

Our bed linen and towels were fresh and white and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was not super clean on the other hand not dirty. Overall the room was a bit tired but the TV worked fine. Ordered room service breakfast which arrived quickly and if you like soft stretchy toast you would be happy. To be fair most room service toast is the same in all hotels. The breakfast at the shack was very dissapointing with not much other than eggs, eggs and eggs ! Probably fine if you are Indian as they had plenty of idlies and sambar etc. We did not eat at the hotel in any other restaurant. Our only interaction with reception other than checking in was on the last day when we asked for a late check out at 2pm. They happily gave us this . All in all it was a pleasant stay but not worth the money. The staff were quite friendly but I would only stay here again if I couldn't find anything else in the Baga bech area.

A manager or an assistant manager should always be present & not trainne's representing the hotel. Problem expressed was also not responded.
