Firstly after confirming Le Seasons beach resort I contacted Hotel and they didn't confirmed. Thereafter I followed up for solution, however just before day to travel got alternate solution "Neetya Resort" hopeless hotel and very unprofessional staff. In short you guys spoiled my marriage anniversary.

Since this one was a new hotel, I checked reviews for the same on internet and found some decent feedback. I checked the pictures of the hotel on their website and found them really good. After reaching the hotel, I was not disappointed at all. The room was excellent ( though little bit small..but I didn't have any problem) and ambience and cleanliness was very good. Every thing in the room was very neat and the room is cleaned daily. The hotel staff is also very good and polite. About breakfast: Just because the breakfast is complimentary doesn't mean it will ok type. I was surprised to see number of items in the breakfast and I enjoyed the variety too since I was there for 4 days. I never tried the lunch or dinner though. About Location: The location is a very big plus since it is located from crowdy areas of Calangute and Baga but not too far from them. Calangute is around 3kms. Panjim is 12kms. Beach is located on 10min walk. Since I am a vegeterian, I was concerned initially but there are some good pure veg options on a 5-7 mins walk towards Calangute. Overall enjoyed my stay and wish to come back again in future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Le Seasons resort and the service is impeccable....we were served drinks & food at the pool side even at 2 AM...Hotel is located just 5 min from the beach and the rooms are very clean and well furnished. They have a small swimming pool which is well maintained... The Chef is a north indian and makes amazing north indian delicacies, so if u have had enough of goan food,then Le seasons would be THE place to have Mughlai Food.... Overall I would rate our experience at the hotel as Excellent and would surely try to stay there on my nxt visit to Goa.

The hotel has an advantage of being centrally located but their claim that they are beach side hotel is not justified as you have to cross the road and walk a distance to go to the beach. A beach resort should ideally have a beach attached to it. There is limited car parking. The staff is friendly and helpful but need to be trained more. The room has a minibar with nothing inside it. The bathroom does have have hooks to hang your clothes nor is there a bottle opener attached to the door frame. The breakfast and tea is in a very bad shape. No variety in the breakfast and items are repeated. Food is expensive to the quality offered and we preferred to eat out most of the time. Housekeeping staff was very helpful.
