Overall its a good experience. Breakfast options are limited and they only serve omlettes and toasts, which I feel can be improved. This Resort is however 3 Km away from the Candolim Beach. There was no newspapers and TV cable connection does not works. But the room and the swimming pool is really good.

Location: It is right on the main road in Candolim. If you are coming from Calangute the sign is clearly visible but if you are come from Fort Aguada or Siquerim side there are high possibilities of missing it since the sign faces the opposite direction. It is very close to a super mart called Newtons. The beach is pretty close by about 5 minutes walk but you cant see it from the hotel. Candolim is a pretty lonely beach so if you are looking for more action you should go to Calangute or Baga which is about 10 minutes drive. Room: We had actually expected a decent room since we had booked for standard A/c room but we were in for a pleasant surprise when we were moved into a suite complete with lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies. The kitchen though had nothing in it except a sink and a counter slab. The bedroom had a well stocked fridge, A/c, bed, cupboard with hangers, telephone and TV. The TV did not have any channels working and although we complained nothing was done about it till we left. The sheets and towels were clean and changed regularly but we had to ask for soaps as they were not provided initially. Facilities: There was a swimming pool but we did not use it. I saw a massage room but they were all closed possibly because it was off season. The open restaurant was very basic. Food: The complimentary breakfast had only Tea/Coffee, toast, butter and jam. Anything else was chargeable. We did not eat at the restaurant but they anyways had just chicken, prawn and Bombay duck. My husband is a vegetarian and there wasnt much choice for him. They charge extra for room service. Check-in and Check-out: there was no issue with that. We had reached late but our room was ready. Also if was during monsoon so there were just 3 boarders in the entire hotel. Although the check out time is 12 noon we had requested for an extension of an hour which was readily granted. Overall: It is an average hotel. There were no major issues but I would say that it was an average experience. I found it a little bit pricey compared to other hotels available at that time especially during monsoons.

Hotel is located close to the beach. Our room was clean and neat with all the facilities. The staff were very friendly & professional. Hotel only serves vegetarian food they don't provide jain food so we had to go out to eat our food. We had used swimming pool, it was clean. It is value for money.

My stay in this hotel went as anticipated, there were no complaints whatsoever. It is a very well located property, the ambiance around was congenial. The standard room i stay in was basic. The staff members were helpful all the time, even the food served was up to the mark. This is an above average hotel, i will recommend it.
