1. We were allotted room no.103 at the first floor of the Hotel 2.The rooms are found to be more less spacious but the toilet attached with the room are not very clean and the standard of maintainance of the same is not satisfactory. Toilet seat is also not clean. The toilet is found to have no exhaust fan and as a result the smell is some times traveling to the room. It seems the toilet is not being cleaned by the House keeping of the Hotel regularly 3. The House keeping staffs are not properly trained. Often their lack of proper training became very much glaring e.g. making of the Bed, Cleaning of the Floor etc. 4. The food served are found to be very much oily. Even after complaining, no change in the oil content in the food was observed. 5. For breakfast they used to serve Cornflakes with milk and Puris with dal every day without any variation. Toast and eggs are served only on payment although the breakfast was complimentary. Thus break fast was monotonous. 6. No laundry service was available in the Hotel. 7. Crockeries are not absolutely stain free. The drinking water served in the stainless steal jug in the room have appeared to be very old and is found to have rusted near the spout. 8. One good thing observed that the room service was reasonably prompt. 9. On the whole, the Hotel is found to be not compatible with the tariff of Rs.1500/- per day. 10. The hotel was strongly recommended by Travelguru. Therefore, it is suggested that before recommending any Hotel to its customer, the Travelguru should properly verify the quality of services being rendered and the quality of food being served by the concerned Hotel to avoid inconvenience to the customer.

I have reach to Hotel from Airport at 9 pm and Taxi Driver stopped the car at main gate of hotel and unloaded my luggage. Within that 5 minutes I found that dozens of big size roaches were moving on Taxi driver body as well as on my luggage, and hundred roaches on main gate. It was really terrible, somehow taxi driver managed to remove the roaches from my luggage and dropped at reception. I surprised that hotel building is very fancy but very unclean. There was no hot water available. I have ordered Mutton Biryani and Raita, it was excellent and room service was fast. Overall experience was average but no value of money. So I wont recommend this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was quite OK. From the hotel, it is easily accessable to the market places. Room services was quick. The only thing which is not worth appreciative is that the bathroom was not very clean during check-in. The doormat of the bathroom was filthy. Overall, the hotel was good, convenient and a nice home to stayed in.

As compared to the services provided to me here I feel my stay was a bit expensive. The ambiance here was quite dull. The room that I was provided was small & not quite clean. The room service & the food was strictly average. Overall it was not an up to the mark stay, it could have been better.
