Superb hotel.. interior is very good.. i really appreciate the hotel service.. the washroom was very clean and hygienic.. overall experience was Awesome :) :) :) i really recommend ppl to come to this hotel..

Kouse keeping is horible. room service is very very slow, need to keep calling. Front office staff Mr.Mohan is rude talking Room bar service staff is just opening the room door with their access key without even wait for me, while iam inside the room food - always they serve the previous day food, smelling and twice i had stomach upset.. They dont replace the used towel and dont keep toilet usage materials like soap, shaving etc...unless we had to ask for it... While i was having my breakfast, the resaturant boy is trying to clean my table, I asked why did you do it? the answer was "time over" - rediculs..

The hotel housekeeping was horible. without permission they open the room with their access key when I was in side(inside bar keeper) they dont change the towel. they dont keep soap and other toilet usage materials. room service is very very slow, had to keep callig. food- all the time they give previous day food. smelling food... front offie staff Mohan talk is rude... while I was having breakfast in restarant, the cleanner is trying to clean my table without telling me, when i asked,he gave the reason is the time over.. rediculas behaviour of resaturant boys.

I have been forced to pay additional day thn agreed. I am verymuch disappointed...due to hotel staffs communication error between shifts... I will never recomend to my company people to select this hotel nor me...

Room service ad house keeping was terrible. They put me in lower room even i paid high, later after i made issue they made me go up and down and finally after 1 hour i got a room...Toilet is bad smell.When I called for house keeping to clean the toilet, the guy came with room freshner an sprayed and went. Al terrible service...no importance given for my fly back to dubai. they forc me to c=vacate the room on time, even tho i requested i have lot of time or my flight. SO i got to wait on the road...

The hotel was perfect with the calm environment to concentrate on my work. The room was clean and the interiors was very excelent.LCD with all channel was an added advantage. Front office staffs are really polite nature, I appreciate them. But the very bad experience was house keeping, I had to call for cleaning the bathroom and room, every toiletries, and others I had to demand one by one, they hesitate to keep themselfs.in my 2 day stay, i felt bit upset about he house keeping activity. That is not good. But overall the hotel and the staff , facilities was wonderful ad I will recommend to my company staffs to choose Sarovar portico in Hosur.
