Amazing hotel & great room & great staff. It was a good deal & great choice. The front desk staff was very helpful & cooperative. Rooms were neat & clean very spacious. The service was very prompt. It is located very near to the prime area & so transportation was very easily accessible. Even at 10 or 11 in the night the area was quite alive. Could even roam around in the night without tension. It was a good experience staying at the hotel & can definitely recommend anyone to go for it.

Let me first mention the positive facts. The location of the hotel is nice and accessible. Reasonably good tariff. There are plenty of negatives. 1. Only one lift is working for the entire five floors. One has to wait atleast 15 minutes to get in the lift as its always full. Therefore, peple opt for stairs. My aged old monther had to climb down twice. This is horrible experience. 2. Toilets were not clean. taps were leaking. There was water logging in the toilet. 3. They didnt provide drinking water in the Room. We had to call room service a number of times to get a glass of water. 4.The verandas, lift lobbies and emergency stairs are dirty and stinking. The maintenance of these areas were very bad.

Hotel is located in a good area also they have good and clean rooms. The services are also quite good. The staffs are very courteous and helpfull. So in future Yes i will suggest this to my family.

First glance the hotel looks very nice. The grounds are beautiful with limited view of the Taj Mahal. Checking in was very frustrating. 3 forms to fill in before completing the check in. The desk clerk was unfriendly. The double AC room had not been cleaned. Sheets were dirty and needed changng. The room walls are dirty. Towels look like they should be a white color looked dirty grey. The breakfast included in the room rate was very simple but adequate. Restraunt was clean and looked respectable. No cars are allowed around the area of the hotel, rules for protecting the Taj Mahal from pollution.
