The Stay was good. Need to improve on the quality of the room and the bathroom

Leaking Taps, Worst Staff shouting in Corridors, Management is not responsible, they have not reacted even after our repetitive complaints. They are irresponsible, irritant, worst. House keeping is terrible , they have not cleaned our room in 2 days of our stay. Dampened walls made our stay more difficult during winter. They have air cooler instead of air conditioner, which became useless in Winter.

The hotel is OK if traveling alone, but if with family needs to give a second thought. They do not replace towels only if told & that too on repeat request. Cleanlyness needs a special attentation from the management.

It was an average kind of room only with decent level of cleanliness. The only issue was with the toilet flush which was not working but then given the comparative cost advantage, it was better that anything one can get in Indore at this cost. Staff in general was cordial.
