It was a terrible experience staying at Divine, The Boutique Hotel, Jaipur. I checked in at hotel on 10th jul evening. I booked a room for 3 adults, but room amenities were not as per given on divine hotel website. its all fake. First of all their electronic safe was out of service and that was the only reason i booked this hotel. And not only with my room, this was the case with all rooms. I requested them to change my room to one which has electronic safe but is of no use. Tea/Coffee maker was not in working condition. I asked them to replace. Floor was not clean. I think, they opened that room for the first time since the construction of this hotel. Again inspite of room booked for 3, pillows, towels were kept for 2. 3rd one was provided when asked. Room furniture was not upto the mark. it was all sticky. No proper water supply in washroom. shower was damaged. Hair dryer is a part of every room as quoted by hotel website, that was absent, when asked about it at reception, they were unaware of any quote on their website. Later at night , hotel people shifted me to other room because of water supply problem in washroom. Again a trouble, as all above problem were still exists in this room too. Mini bar is for customer usage but it was all empty. bottled water was complimentary in rooms but there was not a single bottle of water neither in a minibar nor in a room, that too was provided on request. Also the Air condition was not working properly. Not only this, the remote control to operate TV set had no battries in it. And the digi cable network was also not working. It was all loose connection. availability of shower caps in washroom , was not there. Also there was not a single pen or paper to note down something . There was a absence of a list of intercom to be used for, such as reception, room service etc. I had to rush to reception to ask them as what number can I dial to contact them. For each and every thing , I had to call them.
