The service was not up to the mark, staff are slow in their service and often delayed. Our Executive Room was also just basic, nothing great. But there was a good restaurant and we enjoyed the food. In whole it was an average stay altogether.

The staffs were courteous and co-operative in their work. Rooms were spacious with all the facilities. The restaurant was clean and neat were I had my breakfast, the breakfast was average in taste it needs to be improved. The hotel is centrally located in the main city.

I don't know what rooms the other reviewers stayed in but our experience was forgettable. Apart from the Paratha Hut restaurant there is nothing much to talk about. We stayed in Rooms 403 and 404. quality of the beds were horrible- broken/ chipped off carpentry, unclean linen, filthy foam cushions, even more filthier blankets.. The bathroom hot water taps didn't work, nor did the housekeeping show any interest in fixing it after regular complaints. The toilets were unclean, and had a constant smell...

The hotel was very good, neat and clean. I had my breakfast (Cutlet & Coffee) in the hotel restaurant - the cutlet was very oily but tasty too. Staff were very well dressed and their service was pretty good. In the bathroom, I like the bathtub and I enjoyed my bath. My 1 night in hotel Neelam in Jaipur was good.

Room was clean and includes all amenities. According to hotel service is available at all time but in reality if you call any staff person they will ignore you. The hotel should improve their service. The dinner was vegetable with chapatti in the hotel restaurant which is fine. Vegetable with chapatti in the hotel restaurant which is fine.
