Resort Location: Resort is nicely located on the highway itself. It's on NH 11C which automatically comes if you are going via NH 8 towards Jaipur and hence you don't need to take any turn/diversion. It's on the way to Jaipur i.e., around 10 KM before the main city. Actually I booked this resort because I could not found good resort inside main Jaipur city. We were 3 families with 4 kids so we were looking for resort with good open space/park so that kids can play and enjoy in the greenery. In case someone is going for relaxing or interested in area which is quiet then this might be a very good choice since it's not in the main city. Though at same time it means you have to travel 10 odd KM in order to reach city and visit your POIs (point of interests) like forts etc. One more good resort (Shiv Villas) is close to this resort. About Resort and activities available: Resort is quite good and there is lot of space (in form of park/grass) for kids to play and enjoy. There is also provision for playing cricket, table tennis, chess, etc. There is one swimming pool (of depth around 5 feet) with two small partitions (of around 1.5 feet depth) for kids. Kids really enjoyed playing there. Tubes for kids were also available in case you were not carrying same (and that too free of cost). Billiards Room is also there but that is chargeable. Two things I did not liked: 1) One of my friend required Internet access and with Wi-Fi mentioned in the services list of resort, I was assured he will not face any problem. But there in the resort we were told it's chargeable - this is ridiculous as Wi-Fi service is provided in almost all good hotels as a complimentary service. 2) Billiards was chargeable. I did not like this since it was not mentioned on site that it's chargeable and this activity was one of the reason I gave more weightage to this resort while booking. Parking: The Resort has no covered parking but there is significant space to park lot of cars. Parking is inside resort and close to main entrance of hotel. Since it was raining when we were going to main city so one person brought the car at the entrance of hotel in order to save others from getting wet. Reception/Front-Desk: The staff was really helpful. In-fact I must appreciate their anticipation. I called up Resort to ask for direction when we were about 20 KM away from resort. The Resort Manager not only told us the direction but also got our rooms ready anticipating that we would reach in next 20 minutes or so. We booked 3 Deluxe rooms and all rooms were ready when we reached there at 11:30 AM. One more thing I would like to add here is that at main entrance we were welcomed with nice little dance and music. One person was in the costume of horse and 3-4 people in Rajasthani attire. Check-in as well as Check-out process was smooth and didn't took much time. Rooms: Out of 3 rooms, one room was having few issues (like Electric Kettle not working and water logging) but it was changed immediately on our request. Rooms were neat and clean. Beds quite comfortable. One room was having pool view and other two were having garden view. LCD was available in room but with limited number of channels (only around 30 channels). The bathroom was good enough being clean and with accessories like shampoo, moisturizer, shower cap, comb, Hair Drier etc. Though no tooth-brush & paste. Separate shower cubicle, no bath tub though. Food & Service: Food was sort of average but service was little slow with Room Service being quite slow. We were given the provision of paying food bills immediately or later on while checkout. We choose to pay all bills (including food) at checkout just for sake of convenience. On first day, we had to wait for around 2 hours in order to get lunch since one School (G.D.Goenka School) gathering was there and we were told that it will be good if we can come late. Food was somewhat costly especially necessity like Tea at Rs 100 is not a good thing. Overall: Overall, the resort is a good option (especially for relaxing and leisure trip). Kids will enjoy swimming and parks there.

The best thing about this hotel is, it is located in a very peaceful place. We stayed in deluxe room, it was well maintained. Even the food was nice in taste. But the staff were not so professional. We are not satisfied.

Though the hotel is perfect as far as cleanliness, the food particularly dinner were horrible. Again its far far from Jaipur and only stay there if you have your own vehicle with you. Services were below standard.

This is a fabulous hotel in all respects. The grounds of the hotel are magnificent, as are the interior public spaces. Our room was gorgeous, incredibly comfortable beds, fine linens, beautiful bathroom. The service is outstanding, gracious, attentive, and friendly. The food and service matched with the magnificence of the room. This is one of the finest hotels we have stayed at anywhere.
