Don't get attracted by larger than life picture of this resort. Perhaps anyone who see the pics of this resort will instantly decide to come and stay for a day or two for fun.And the same happened to us when we booked the hotel. Our journey started with happy note but ended with complete disappointment. To our surprise the rooms in the form of separate bunglow was allotted to us was little too far from their main club house.The Bunglow has air-conditioned but was not working at all which made us very uncomfortable at this scorching summer. The repeated request to the reception didn't yield any result following which we decided to leave the resort and requested to acknowledge our grievances but manager refused and after some time allotted to us another bunglow which has air condition and was also working but this time bunglow didn't have any television in the room except one television in the dining hall for sharing between other guests. The dining hall was not air-conditioned. Anyway we had to content with this. As shown in the site there is no room service inside your bunglow and even for a glass of water you need to go to club house. There was no arrangement of any tea makers or towels etc. It seems the hotel was managed by group of unprofessionals whose main mission is to take money from guests.Even the bunglow was not connected with any epbx or telephone which make it little difficult for travellers to contact reception at night. Some how the days ended with some activity in the club house except the swimming pool nothing was worthy of use. it is spa by name and not by professions.as shown very few things was their for use. Finally the second day come when we went for breakfast which was included in the voucher but the manager at hotel at first refused to provide us with included breakfast and only after providing and convincing the manager we were able to get the food. It was terrible expierence their and I never recommend anyone to go and use this resort. You can get better resort at much lesser proce with quality service. It is really shame on management of this hotel and resort

The rooms at the hotel was good and well furnished. Staff were helpful and cooperative towards us. Food items was not satisfactory as they had limited option hence we opted to have food outside the hotel. Cleanliness was maintained as hotel premises and surroundings were clean & tidy

Firstly they should have spa in the hotel. the rooms were small bangalows kind guest didnot get the cottages rooms which was shown online. it was not a hotel at all. there is a big garden which was under construction it was too far to reach the garden to the dinnig the dinnig and food was not so well.
