Though I hadn't informed the hotel that I was going to check in early, the owner accommodated us and made our stay comfortable. The room was nice and service prompt. Cleanliness is an issue in most Kolkata hotels but this hotel was better than most. I would definitely recommend this hotel to budget travelers.

Access: It was not easy to access the 'hotel' though the full address as appeared in the website was provided to the taxi driver. It took nearly one and half hour to locate it though there was no traffic jam. Location: Located in Casa Salt Lake Sector 5, it is an accommodation inside an apartment, which the taxi driver found difficult to locate. At arrival, the gateman would not open the gate for the taxi as it was a private property. One would be in great difficulty without access to personal mobile phone to contact the facility. Front Desk: There is a caretaker who takes care of everything, helping in luggage to cooking breakfast and dinner The Room: The deluxe room was standard with A/C functioning effectively. The towel provided was worn out. On asking, slightly better towel was provided. The bath room was supplied only with soap and shampoo. The bed was quite comfortable. The room was clean. Though widely publicised with Complimentary Wi-Fi, it was not working. The server was down. The property owner(?) mentioned that he did not have technical expertise to make wi-fi work. Food and Room Service: Food was average. The breakfast consisted only of toast and omlette or puri and bhaji. Plus tea. No fruits or cereals. Overall: Rather disappointing, because of difficulty in access and non-functiong Wi-fi. The caretaker, Sujeet was quite helpful though.

It was a good stay but this is not proper hotel its a guest house type of property but i really liked it. Food was excellent and the rooms were clean and service was good. Staff was very helpfull. I would love to visit again i will definately recomend my friends and family to go to this hotel.
