Hotel is not far away from main market which is quite from other sterling resort.ofcorce location is very average beside the road without much open space.even parking is also problematic.though garden and swimming pool are quite tiny we'll maintained.rooms are also well maintained though simple. Staffs are very cooperative and polite which was unusual experienced.food is so so and not of much variety.over all it's above average accommodation.

The location was ok. Away from the town and next to Mumbai-Pune highway. Buffet dinner needs attention. It was not worth Rs.400/-(for non-members). Rooms were good and cleaned.

Hotel could not provide junior suite inspite of booking the same.They provided standard room after one hour of waiting.

We had stayed at this property about 4 years back. Three families converged from Mumbai to this brand new property, almost glistening. The pool was great but the best part was the food. The staff was friendly - though a little confused then. The evening offered a romantic walk around the property and adjoining Raheja resort. An occassional tweet of the train was enjoyable for the kids. We went there again last week. The property could have been better maintained. Some of the walls were damp with paint peeling off. The pool wasn't very clean. The lift was not working (important since we had a handicapped member and had mentioned the same during booking). We managed a front room though the view was great. Fortunately the cleanliness was good. The only thing which hadn't changed was the food which was fabulous. Room Tip: Let them organize a car for a day trip. And don't foget Travelguru/ Cleartrip - really good deals !!

Ridiculous service. Not even a single staff was worth being in a property owned by sterling. Was my first and last visit to the hotel.
