Hospitality: The thing which dissapointed me most was this, the behaviour of the welcome desk was not pleasing. Room: room was good with ease of access remote system, but was a bit compact. Overall: Fair choice but a little costly as per the amenities provided, not a choice for budget travellers.

This hotel is perfect for the busy biz traveler with no free internet being the only big negative of this hotel. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The Wooden flooring and the lovely room furniture gives a friendly and comfortable look. The study table provided works as a great work station. The bathroom though bit small was very clean and had a regular 5 star hotel look. I ordered room service and the chilly cheese toast was good but found the serving very small especially since it did not have any accompaniments. I feel however that not providing internet services free is definitely not on in this age of widespread availability of WIFI. They could provide some basic speed and charge for high speed internet if the intention is to make money on internet services. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who wishes to stay in South Bombay.

Lost charm hotel. Location is the only advantage, otherwise everything is more for nostalgic value. Needs high degree of modernization in service.

The Hotel is over priced as compared to the star category. The location is good but the ambience is not up to the mark. The rooms need to be renovated.

The included breakfast was good, the staff was always a call away, the room was luxurious enough and imagine being a stone throw away from the Marine Drive and walking distance from all important spots of South Mumbai. I did not find anything lacking at all and there was quite an influx of people dropping in for meals at the restaurants so I guess the food must be good and the place was definately happenning. Hope they keep up the standards
