As a first timer in unknown location it never helps.I was surprised at the lack of awareness of the hotel staff.I had asked them to arrange a cab for me but they said they had no such contacts and i can readily get a cab outside the hotel.The ugly truth is i had an interview to attend and i could not make it on time.I had chosen the hotel based on its proximity to the center of my interview.The hotel staff did arrange a cab to drop me but gave a wrong address to the driver which didn't help me.Besides there was so much issue of network inside the hotel room that i had to open the window to speak on my mobile.And the fact that it was mentioned they would provide wifi was a mockery.Forget their wifi even my dongle didn't work properly.They have to seriously work on the network problem and connectivity issue.They didn't mention the food prices in their menu.Last but not the least they should try to have contacts with travel agencies to boost their business.

I had a bad experience with the hotel staff as they were very arrogant & not bothered about customers. The complimentary breakfast was a joke - two slices of toast, a small glass of juice & tea is what you get. There are many better hotels for the same price & location. Hotel is totally avoidable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is perfect for the medium budget traveler. The rooms are very clean airy, large enough, having seperate laun, dinning space along with mini freeze and well furnished. The bathroom was like a regular 4 star hotel look. Very neat & clean, had all bathroom items in place and large enough with Separate shower cubicle. I ordered foods from a restaurent outside the hotel since fooding facilities were not available. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants to stay in North Goa at Central Mumbai.

IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMINGS WHERE I WAS INFORMED TO CHECK IN BY 12.00 HRS AND WE HAVE WAITED IN THE AIRPORT FOR 2 HRS FROM MY FLIGHT ARRIVAL AND VERY NEXT DAY HOTEL PEOPLE ASKED US TO CHECK OUT BY 9AM ONLY WHICH WE WERE COMMUNICATED WRONGLY. FROM 10AM WE WERE SITTING IN A BUSTOP NEARBY KALABADEVI TEMPLE FOR 1.30 HRS.

No Network Connectivity in Hotel Campus,Wi-Fi needs password and signal strength is very Low.No dining options,if order its a waste of money,as they brings food from outside.If improved this,this will be the best Hotel in this category,as,I have been there twice.
