The place we stayed was terrible. Cockroaches thrown in for free, and the room and bathroom were something I will not want to use again. The staff were disgruntled and worn out as they were on 12-hr shifts. No drinking water in the room. I had to ask for it. The fridge didn't work. We had to check it ourselves, and ask for a change. Nothing seemed to be in order. I requested for a can of HIT spray to keep in the bathroom, as it was creepy using the bathroom at night.

The pick-up vehicle was lousy in comparison to the A/c cars provided by other 3 star Juhu hotels charging similar tariffs as you did. I may have to think twice next time while staying here.

The rooms are small and not very clean. Staff need to get more efficient in their service. Dining facilities are below average and should get better.
