I had booked for the 15th & 16th of Aug and due to transport delays on account of the rains on my way to Mumbai, I had to reschedule my earlier plan of staying with a friend on the 14th, so I called in for a last minute reservation of an extra day (14th night). Raju at the main reservation section was extremely helpful and welcomed we with a smile when I reached. My check-in was very smooth and took only 7 mins. The room I booked was a standard room and I was offered to review a few before I chose one and I truly appreciate the hospitality gesture of the team here. Must appreciate Raju who led the way. The food was good across all days and I ordered mostly Indian cuisine and it was always served hot. All the staff from the Bell boy to the house keeping staff were very cooperative. The only cons of my stay would be the quality of the linen. They were clean but had an odor which could possibly be due to the wetness of Mumbai during this season. The wall paper and the air conditioner could do well with some refurbishing after the monsoons are over. I didn't have sufficient time to experience the Bar and lounge but I did see quite a few happy faces both Indians and foreigners going in and out of the Bar & Resto during their stay which I may interpret as good service. The check out was equally smooth and quick. Overall it was a good bargain from a budget and expectation perspective and I will definitely stay here again when in Mumbai.
