The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just a few minutes from India Gate, the Taj Pallace Hotel and excellent shopping and dining possibilities without being noisy. Some of the staff were very helpful especially in the restaurant - despite a problem with our dinner on the first evening. Word of warning - beer price given does not include 20% tax and a service charge which bumps up the price. I would still recommend this as a good place to stay purely on its excellent location.

I stayed in the Sea Palace Hotel for the 3 nights beginning on Saturday December 5 and checking out the evening of Monday December 7 to catch an international flight. My room was never cleaned on Monday despite a request late in the day that it be cleaned. When I complained to the desk manager, he said that it was my responsibility to notify the hotel to clean my room. I responded that it was not my job to remind the hotel what its job was. When I checked out of my room (#410) on Monday evening, the room still had not been cleaned. When I asked the desk manager if I would receive a partial refund for not having had my room cleaned, he said absolutely not , and that I should complain to the booking manager. I am.
