The Property, Lawns & Rooms are well-maintained with an always courteous & ever-smiling staff right from the Security Guards to the Managers. A special thanks to Mr.Paramveer Singh (GM), Mr.Afzal Khan (F&B Manager), Mr.Nitesh Phani (Head Chef), Mr.Dhruv & Ms.Ashwini (Front Desk), Mr.Mahesh (Chief Engg.) for making our stay extremely comfortable and memorable. Their compliments of a cake & sparkling wine on my wife's birthday was a pleasant surprise and even more heartening was that practically the whole of the staff turned out to see us off with Chef Nitesh even gifting a beautiful statue of Shri Sai Baba for a safe journey home. All in all the team of this Taj Hotel deserves every accolade accorded to them and we wish them the very best. Thank you once again.

Staying here is always a pleasure. Being a part of the Taj group, the property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms, service is impecable. Whenever we are at Nasik, we always stay here.

The hotel located right by the highway has a very visible entrance. Once we, my wife and I entered the hotel, the front desk was easily located. Since my wife travels on a wheelchair, the front desk immediately attended to her need. We had the booking done through Travelguru (with who we had vey pleasant experience) we were attended to immediately. Though we had booked a Superior room, we enquired about a roomspecially meant for differently abled people. An executive named Bhusan immediately took us to see the room and upon inspection we also went to see the Superior room. Eventually we stuck to our original booking. The ambiance, the hospitality, and the food made our stay very pleasant experience. The hotel also had easy access to maps and direction chart for various sight seeing places which made our utilization of time very productive. Thank you travelguru. Thank you Taj Gateway.
