Approach to hotel is terrible. Bad road, besides, when it rains, there is all muck as one reaches near the hotel. Difficult to obtain hot water in the shower. Had to follow-up many times, before they were starting the central water heater. They never informed that hot water is released only on request. Even after the request, one needed to follow-up and you would have to wait atleast for 30-40 minutes. So if you are in a huryy..........tough luck. They never services the room for 5 days!!

No Wi-Fi, no complimentary mineral water etc etc. There was always noise which was pathetic. Toilet of our room was also in a choked state. Ac was good and food was also good.

I had written my comments regarding my flight arrival at the comments space, while booking my Room. Produntly I have chosen a hotel which gives free Airport Pick up. Well as soon as I landed and switched my mobile Phone, I had SMS from hotel regarding the cab no and the driver's Mob number. So It was a smooth drive to hotel. No more hunting for a cab or hunting for the place late in the night. Free Internet, and free Gyp added the charm to the show. The hotel is still undergoing modification. I hope when It completes within a month and two, It will be able to provide all A+++ services.

THE BIG ISSUE I FOUND HERE IS QUALITY OF FOOD . ITS IS BAD . ROOMS WERE OK BUT THE WOOD WORK HAD TERMITES . BATHROOM ALSO UNCOMFORTABLE

the hotel was terrible starting from lobby to room, wires dangling everywhere, rooms smell of dead rats and poor room service and resturant.

the stay i was in hotel is very pathetic they are no proper response from the staff every thing we have 2 go for outside to buy this we cant expect from the 3 star hotel

I did not get my free airport transfer. But the hotel guys more than compensated for the deal by providing me with a good room and service staff in excellent behaviour and support.
