Room service was very slow and the staff was not polite even the manager of the hotel was very rude. It was a horrible experience to stay at Bonlon Inn. Not worth at that price.

The hotel is excellent but rooms needs to be more maintained. The hotel strives to make you comfortable for your stay. They upgraded my room by themselves and made every effort to provide good services. The dining facilities are well acquired and with good taste. It�s a very good deal for a budget traveler.

The location is market area, staff was good and the interior of the hotel was good. Overall it was a good stay at hotel so I will recommend this hotel to my friends for future bookings.

Hotel is located in good area...the rooms are very clean and good..yes the services are good.the staffs are very co-oparative ...location was good...I will suggest this to my family

Reaching There : Hotel Bonlon Inn is located near the busiest Karol Baug, Channa Market area. Reaching this hotel may not be easy for new travelers, since the hotel is situated in a sub-street in channa market and you may get confused with the sector and plot marking. Stay : This hotel is relatively new property. My wife and myself stayed in this hotel for a single day. We've chosen Bonlon Economy room. Although the room is comparatively less spacious, the room ambiance is top notch, befitting a 3 star property. The room and particularly, the bathroom was very clean and ergonomic. Dining : The hotel kitchen prepares and serve good vegetarian food. The food was reasonably priced and was quite nice. However, if you are a die hard non-veggie, then you may ask the room service to get it to you from outside. Apart from room service, the hotel has a small and neat restaurant, serving Vegetarian delicacies. Service : The room service was very prompt and of good standard. The receptionists were very polite and happy to help. In & Around : Since the famous karol baug market is just a walk away, don't forget to shop till you drop. And of course, you must do some bargain with the vendors to get footwear, bags, clothes at very cheap price. Conclusion : A well-equipped 3 Star hotel with Quality service. Location could have been better.

It was a pleasant stay in Bonlon Inn. Although the room size was quite small, yet room was neat clean & well furnished. Its also took some effort to find the hotel. Other than room size, all other things are fine.

My stay was ok since this is an average hotel. The service was ok as the room service and the reception staff were not very courteous and were professional at the same time. Rooms were nice but damp. Amenities were nice. I may recommend this hotel to others not sure though.

Room was reasonably ok.Though they charged INR500 for extra person yet extra bed was not provided. Towels were not clean. Taxi provided was of poor standard while the rates were slightly higher than the market rates.Staff is courteous. Overall Average.
