This is a decent property. My room & the food were basic. Also the room service was fine. This is an average property.

I was unhappy with the arrangement because when I reached there the property was under some construction and there was a lot of noise and disturbance all the time. Other thing were manageable but I didn't feel it was worth the price charged.

Our expectations of this hotel were pretty high namely because of its star rating and it's award winning restaurant "Chor Bizarre" which neither met our expectations. Our welcome to the Hotel was disastrous with the receptionist giving us attitude as though he was doing us a favor by housing us. We never handed over our passports on our trip and when asked why he needed it he was blunt and very rude saying the police wanted it, how comfortable can one feel after that. We were tired from our travel to get here and though we would try the famous restaurant Chor Bizarre for a small bite but the waiter over there was insistent what we do the Set menu which we ended up paying Rs 1000+ and couldn't even finish half of it. When asked to parcel the rest he made it look as though he was making an exception for us. With due respect, another thing that we couldn't stand was the constant loud speaker prayers being recited every now and then by the Mosque next door, sometimes it would be when we were dead tired and needed desperate sleep. The rooms were decent and didn't have much to praise nor complain about. The room service was ok as we didn't order much. We mostly dinned out to experience different restaurants. One good thing was that the Front desk organised a travel guide for site seeing definitely for a price and hence we saved on time and energy. Another commendable thing being their Buffet breakfast which one wouldn't want to miss as it had a good variety. Weighing all it's pro's and con's I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone for the disturbance it caused us while resting and the attitude of the hotel staff.

My stay in Hotel Broadway was excellent. Room was superb, service was top class & food was great. I absolutely loved this place & would like to stay here in future. Location wise and room quality wise it?s good, food was also great. I had my breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Dining service is also best in the restaurant. Rooms were good and comfortable for us. Hotel staff service was good. As per our requirement it was ok. This is very good Hotel. But the transportation is little critical. It?s also a good locality for people looking at quality budget options very close to the main market. The Services are good. Hotel staff are well in manner and courtesy. Specially the Front office staff who helped a lot. My special thanks to them.
