Rooms are very good neat & clean. There was good disipline. My suggestion is this is one of good hotels in Delhi near to airport. I shall recommend to more guests.

We have booked 4 rooms & our stay was good. Hotel is near to ST stand & this is my leisure trip. Quality of food is good. Hotel is a business hotel. We enjoy our stay.

Location: The resort is a bit far away from the city - it is nearer to Gurgaon and bordering the airport. Traveling to and fro from this place could be a bit of a problem, but the Dwarka Sector 9 Metro station about 5 km from this place would ease that problem. In-house transportation was arranged for dropping us at the station and the airport. Front Office: Jovial and smart; except for one interaction I had with a guy who was totally non-chalant about the queries we had about the facilities. I was quite pissed off with his attitude towards his customer. Facilities: We were told he outdoor and indoor facilities would be fully functional soon. The lawns are well maintained and it is a pleasure strolling in the lawns. Food: There wasn't a great choice - and the restaurant was not open - we had to order in the room. The food was not of good quality - it needs to improve. Service: Service needs to improve tremendously - the guys seemed to be very amateurish and untrained. It didn't give the air of a professionally managed resort. But after discussing with the front office, they did take care of us. Overall - it is a nice place with lawn etc - but overall service and food quality should improve for the customers to have a good experience.

We had little bit difficulty about finding the hotel. Far from the city. Near the airport. Those who come by flight they surely can stay in this hotel. Excellent views of the garden from our room, clean and nice rooms with good food.
