I had complained earlier also. You need to waste a minimum 5 buckets of water to allow hot water , since there is no geyser in the room, this makes difficult especially for people who need hot water after 10am to 1900hrs,especially in the winter. Otherwise, the room is quite fine for the level of Delhi city.

I was happy with the room. It was good value for money but service was not convincing. Staff was ignorant and often delayed the order. There was nothing great about the food also. I will rate this hotel as an average one.

Neat and clean room. Staffs were co-operative. Good breakfast in the restaurant. I liked the hotel very much.

The hotel kept me waiting till 8 am for the checkin when I reached at 6am. This is ridiculous.
