It was pleasant stay. Room was quite small and compact. Service level was decent and I don't mind going there again, if the pricing is attractive.

Hotel is good but the rooms are to small. Cleanness in the room is bad. One thing about the hotel is very nice that is the swimming pool.staff is very friendly.

It�s at a good location, but in the reception they ask for advance money inspite of the Room Rent paid in full .

An excellent hotel, fantastic decor, very well designed and decorated. The ambience is very good and quality is excellent. The locationh is the best, centrally located and very convenient. The staff was nice and the quality of the guests is very good so you dont feel like you are on a railway station domitory. The cleanliness of the room is superb. The beds and table arrangement with two sofa chairs is very nice. The rooms are not small but just reasonable. There was no dental and shaving kit and when i requested house keeping the same was delivered instantly. The dining experience is very nice and the jasmine Restaurant is very good, wines and foor is reasonably priced. The breakfast menu is superb. All in All great value for money. The gym.\, sauna and the spa are a must experience event and the night club, styx is realy groovy. Definitely a very good place to stay without reservations I recoment all guests.

I was surprised by the very small size of the room. I never expected that a 5-star rated Hotel will provide such small rooms to its guests. The lobby, Coffee Shop and overall maintenance was good and pleasant to eyes. Another big botheration was the very slow (and a little confused) attendants at the check-in and check-out.. It is surprising that they cannot provide even a copy of the invoice. This is very inconvenient for a busienss traveler like me.

We booked this hotel for our business visit to Delhi based on its proximity to our business destination. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, often luxury ones with impeccable details and fantastic designs. Price-wise Ramada Plaza is on par with the best hotels especially in an area like Delhi. The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was awsome. The staff pretends to be friendly and the check in itself took us almost 30 minutes. The stupid reason given was that all the rooms were full inspite of the fact that we had booked the room much in advance. The delicious food is the only thing which can force you to visit this place for the second time

It is an avergae 4-star run of the mill property. The front desk staff needs lessons in etquettes . The insistence on depositing cash upfront , despite full room payment through credit card , was not in keeping with the best corporate practices . In the name of complimentary , only a single water bottle was offered . Food quality was average . Basically , the hotel is missing its repeat factor .

The hotel is in heart of business district of ND. Good parking space.Hotel has old decor. Check-in was not very efficient. Hotel wi fi is not efficient. Evening bufet costs Rs.1350 but is very good. Breakfast is included in tariff and bufet is very good.

It was a great experience to stay at the Ramada. It felt like home as the people at the reception and all others treated excellently well. I am looking forward for my next stay at the Ramada. Thanks for such a great and value for money experience.

Room size is too small. Check in check out is too long ,TV channels-only 5 channels -too bad. Room key not working. Lift not working. Room was clean Bed was Good. In short it do not provide value for money.
