During my 2 week visit to India travelling both north and south this was by far the worst hotel I was unfortunate to stay in. 1)Room had not been cleaned properly. The toilet paper left in the holder was dirty! I went down to reception and it was shrugged off. It took another trip downstairs to get a replacement as no one was answering phone on reception 2) I booked hotel mainly on the offer of free wi-fi. On arrival when I enquired I was offered the standalone PC in reception. They were very reluctant to give me the code and gave me the incorrect password TWICE before I got access. 3) Food was ok but nothing to write home about 4) Shower broken. When I asked someone to come and have a look and I was advised that hot water would be back on shortly. Again another trip to reception to get someone to actually come and see that there was no water at all. He agreed but in process trod dirty foodprints all over the bathroom and bedroom. When I asked for this to be cleaned it was shrugged off again. I requested to see the Manager and again had to go down to reception. The broken shower was fixed by them shoving a screwdriver into the tap. The dirty floor was cleaned by a very dirty rag and I was told that they had no cleaning products. In short I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. I was travelling on my own and had had only very positive feedback from other hotels I stayed in however this hotel left a very sour taste on my last night in India. The Manager is a bully and is only interested in his money rather offering the customer service he should be. A very poor excuse for a hotel.

The stay was an absolute delight. More-so-over because i did not expect anything much from the Hotel considering the charges that were levied upon me. But the quality of Room, its accessibility to the Airport etc. made me change my prejudice.
