Parking: The Hotel has no covered parking and your vehicle would have to be parked on the road just in front of its entrance. Location: The hotel is in a very convenient location for the Delhi Airport. It is located just by the side of Highway but is not disturbed by the traffic. Whereas the Hotel is still under modification and is a total mess. But I hope it will be a good choice in near future after may be 4-5 months. The Front desk: The staff was reasonably helpful. We booked an AC Deluxe double room and when we reached the hotel at 9 AM, the staff told me that the room s gonna be checked out in few minutes. So he accomodated us in the Suite temporarily for an hour or so. The Room: The room was small but neat and comfortable. The linen was clean, air conditioner was running and taps were working. The room service came by himself and replaced the flush which dint work even before we checked it. The bathroom was compact and reasonably clean. Food & Room Service: We did not order anything fancy. The hotel provided complimentary buffet breakfast and it was average. Service was fast. Overall: On the whole, the hotel is a good option but I would suggest for use after 4-5 months so that the hotel is complete in all aspects after its ongoing renovation work.

room was very bad, it was not as shown in picture. table, chair & floor was dusty Front desk customer service was very bad. Front desk person was rude. No hot water, when i asked for hot water, he told me to turn on the heater, but not singn or direction how to turn on or where is switch. Their shuttle service was excellent, driver was very polite spoken & professional. But at the same time i very impressed with Travel Gurus's customer service. Very polite, professional, they had provided me an excellent service. I strongly recommend to Travelguru to review the Hotel's reviews and take an action accordingly otherwise it will be big impact on your company. If you have not taken it seriously, you will get the remarks same as "LA SAPHERE HOTEL" future Again excellent service by Travelguru . Good luck Harjeet Gill

Room was not even close to pictures provided by hotel - in need of updating/repair. No hot water in bath. Quiet despite renovations underway. Current projects should greatly enhance the hotel and experience. Housekeeping was marginal. Door in room looked as if it had been broken in to several times, was taped in several places around the door knob. Certainly not the "Deluxe" room I was expecting. Shopping within walking distance of hotel. Nicest part of visit was checking out of the hotel. I would not stay here again under current conditions. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is perfect for air passengers, but there is no parking area. Room was good a/c was working, bed was clean. Bathroom was clean but some tiles came out. Room service was excellent, i came at midnight and order a tea they served in 5 minutes. Food quality was excellent. Overall, on the whole hotel was good to stay for budget travelers and air passengers.
