I checked in at 11pm. The guy at reception handedover the key and there was no one to carry luguggae or to guide to the romm. When I entered the room, there was burning smell. When I complained to Reception, there was no response for 15 mins and when Iinsisted my room was changed.

The location of the hotel is good as most of New Delhi's happening places are nearby. Metro station is just opposite the hotel from where one can commute easily. Hotel has very nice covered parking. The service, breakfast were excellent. Overall a total paisawasool experience.

Hotel Stay was enjoyable..Only thing is that the Breakfast was repetitive. They should try different items for Breakfast. The greatest advantage of the hotel is that it is adjacent to Green Park Metro Station.

Rooms look right into the neighbouring property. As a result no privacy at all. Had to keep the curtains fully closed at all times.
