I had booked a Deluxe AC room and they gave me the worst room they had.....with paints coming out from every wall and with the bathroom heater leaking

Hotel location was difficult to reach. Overall service was too slow. Room condition was just okay. Reception counter was good. Overall an average kind of experience.

I booked for an AC room, but i did not get any AC room. It was a room with coolers which were useless as it was winter. The room was also small. The bathroom was clean and good.

There was no hot water. There is a greaser in the bathroom but hot water does not come.

ACCESS: I drove past a dark,dingy,narrow lane in Mahipalpur area and found this hotel there.It was noisy and claustrophobic.There are few other hotels in it's vicinity hotel Lohias,Om Palace which are located on main highway overlooking Delhi-Gurgaon road. PARKING: It does not have a dedicated parking lot. LOCATION: It is a 10 minutes drive from the Indira Gandhi international/domestic airport which is the only plus point here. THE FRONT DESK: The Front desk wore a shabby look.The staff were watching t.v and showed little interest in greeting their guests. They spoke to me in broken English and were rather comfortable in speaking Hindi. My room was unclean and unkempt.It was badly lit up.There was this glass frame window above the door through which things are visible from outside including light.Being a woman,I did not feel safe.
