Access: The hotel is quite accessible from road. It is about 5 minutes drive from downtown Pahalgam Location: It is beautifully located on the bank of Lidder River. You can hear the water flow all day long and has a very serene view from the river facing rooms. Check-in: It was a smooth check-in procedure but there was only one person at the reception to attend to us. Food: Exceptional food. I had not imagined that they would have such sumptuous meals at the hotel. Internet access: They had wi-fi access on all the floors, however their internet was quite spotty since BSNL had some issues. It worked fine the following day. Overall: The hotel is a great stay for people who want to relax and enjoy the serenity of this town. Though it is a little highly priced, it's worth the money.

My room was fantastic in looking with good views. Staff was co-operative and courteous towards their work. Location was wonderful near the hotel. The breakfast and dinner was superb in taste. I would love to stay here again.

The staff were only smiling not coming forward to help the guest. Room was smelling too badly and the cleanliness was also missing out in the room. Food was pathetic in taste. It was a horrible experience with this hotel.
