Considering that it is a budget hotel for the executive who uses it for minimal usage, it is fair to say that the hotel is OK. Room and furnishing were modest, but the curtains of the Room#303 for the windows that opened up on the road and opposite other buildings could certainly do some repair to ensure privacy. There was absolutely NO HOT WATER in the semi-deluxe room. Though I had reserved the room for two days, the staff was ignorant in spite of my reminder. So though the room was swept and trash taken out, the soap was not replaced; neither was the towel. Not was the bottle of cold water served the next day. The bottled drinking water that came in Aquafina bottle was not originally packed or sealed. I had my own drinking water supply though. My car was parked out on the road, an alley in fact, but since the area was relatively safe, there was no issue with the car parked overnight. NO BREAKFAST OPTION - though that is claimed. Good location - near Jehangir hospital and Wadia college and en rte Yerawada. During checkout, the staff present present appeared ignorant, at the best, not knowing what booking was and at first presented me with one day's bill and then when I pointed out that I spent two nights there, persented me with THREE days bill !!! I firmly told them that my stay was PRE-PAID and asked them to check with the property owner. They dutifully called "Kamlesh Sir" and verified that they had to charge me for TWO "units" only. No cool lost here, but the staff needs to be trained better.
