When we were alloted the room, the room was full with mosquitoes and insects and we could not sleep as late as 4 am till the night struggling with the mosquitoes. No good mosquito repellents were provided to us despite repetitive requests. When we inquired with another hotel, we were offered a better room with a lower tariff and that too mosquitoes and insects free. On repetitive requests made to and the Hotel MD to refund part stay (after a 24 hour notice provided and as per the terms and conditions) since the room provided to us was not healthy for staying, we were denied any refunds. Contrary, the Managements were so sternly talking to us as if we were staying there for free. We bought three mosquito repellents from our own to keep the room mosquitoes free. The Management then offered us complimentary breakfasts to compromise with the stay. The complimentary breakfast to our shock included only one tea and one sandwich !!! Now, that's what is called complimentary!!!! Another sandwich or tea was chargeable !!!! House keeping was never done in our room any time during the 4 days stay. When we asked them for house keeping, they informed us that the staff was not free or was not available. The telephone in the room was not working for the first 2 days. We had to walk down to the Reception or use our mobile for any requirements. If we delayed opening the door to the waiters, the guys at the reception would call us and shout at us. The towels provided in the rooms were dirty. A terrible stay with a very bad service and an arrogant management. Not recommended at all. I mean if you have some deficiency in your services, at least accept and be polite rather than being rude.
