totaaly deceptive about the picture they have submitted in the site. The total employees were 2one othem is the manager. We had two days booked had to cut short the visit to one just because of the hotel. This type of hotel gives bad names to your company.please cross check the hotel before you put them for booking. I have kept photgraphic proof of cockroaches moving around in the hoteltoilet.

Overall a very bad experience. Location is inconvenient. They have to improve a lot to get even a normal hotel status.

I was made to walk to the hotel from Laxman Jhoola with my heavy baggage as they could not arrange for a vehicle. It was terrible carrying the heavy baggage and walking through the unknown streets at freezing cold. When I booked this room, I was told that this hotel is just 15 minutes from Paramarth Niketan when it took me a good 45 minutes to reach. I had to check out the very next day and 10 day's rent has gone waste as your your terms do not allow refund once you check-in. It was a terrifying experience.
