Reached the hotel at 5: 30 pm on 10.04.2011. The staff at the reception was as hostile as pakistani rangers. We had booked from 10th to 13th. We were given room at sixth floor which we didnt like. When we checked in, water was served after one hour that too after few reminders. Room service was terrible. Everytime we went out the reception staff would ask if we were checking out.We had to remind the hotel staff for towels. Everyday there is huge noise and vibration in the room dure to the sound of some water pump/motor. This noise starts at 6.00 am in the morning till 8.00 am and and in the evening from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm .We were given the sixth floor room . To sum up, a horrible experience

stay was good, it was my mistake to take Imperial Room as it was very small with no outside view .If i select for royal room that option can be better. other things was very good like service , location & food.
