We were not at all happy with our stay in this property. On our arrival we were told that the room we had booked was not available. We were provided with another room which was very small in size, it was completely inconvenient for us. The staff members though were well behaved, even the food was acceptable. But then with the kind of accommodation I don't think I will recommend this hotel.

Our room was dirty, the bed sheets, carpets,curtains were torned. There is only one staff in the whole house boat, he was quite helpful. We had food in the dinning, it was amazing in taste.

The total experience is not even worth half of this amount. We arrived in the afternoon at the airport. Pick up was OK as it was outsourced and not arranged by the houseboat people. We reached the houseboat by a Maruti Van (Omni) and then by a "Shikara". The houseboat is too small. The room is too small to accommodate a family of 4. The attendant "Yunus" was reluctant to give extra towels, extra toiletries. He was persuading us to take a "Shikara" ride for Rs 600. Sensing that it is too much, we decided to hire a shikara on our own and that's what we did. We hired a shikara for Rs 300 for the same ride. When we came back in the late evening at around 8 pm, we found that the attendant "Yunus" is missing and the houseboat is locked. We kept pressing the doorbell and shouting, and after some time, a lady (presumably a family member of the owner of the houseboat) came and opened the door. After lot of hackling, we were provided a separate small bedding (of poor quality). The ceiling fan was making lots of noise. In the morning, Yunus took the order for breakfast and after half an hour came back saying that the owner has refused to provide us whatever we had asked - omelet, butter toast and "paranthas". Instead we were served only bread omelet. (the breakfast was included in our package). We left the houseboat at 8 o'clock in the morning. The overall experience was really bad.

Our stay here didn't meet my expectations. We had a room which was in the far end of the corridor, also it didn't have a good view. The service provided too was below par. Only the food was fabulous in taste.

I am not quite pleased with my stay here. My room was decent but the staff here were not at all professional. Also the breakfast that we had here was not at all adequate, it comprised only of bread-butter. This was a below average experience.

I had a satisfactory stay in this property. The maintenance here was appreciative and my room was well arranged. The room service did a decent job. I think they outsourced the food but that was fine. Altogether this was an average experience considering the amount i paid.

I am happy with my stay in this hotel. The location was made it convenient for us to move around. Our room was presentable & comfortable. The room service were active, also the food served was of good quality. This is definitely an above average property.
